As 2010 moves along, it looks like prices will remain relatively steady, with interest rates being the biggest factor in the actual cost of purchasing a home.  Important dates to remember are:  April 30th and June 30th.  In order to qualify for the Homebuyer Tax Credit, you must have a contract on a home by 4/30/2010, and it must close no later than 6/30/2010.
